“Suicide Prevention - Everyone’s Willingness to Care,” uses the same “real people, real stories” format as the Survivor Assistance videos. It features family members, peers, and supervisors who lost someone to suicide, as well as a first-hand account from an Air Force senior NCO who attempted suicide twice. This video is intended for general audience viewing. It touches on some potential suicide indicators, highlights agencies available for help, and stresses that any indication of suicide should be taken seriously.

“Suicide - Supporting Those Left Behind,” is intended as just-in-time training for commanders and supervisors who experience a suicide in their unit. It relates post-suicide experiences of family members, friends, and supervisors as they discuss their feelings and reactions after a loved one, friend or subordinate committed suicide. It helps bring to light the impacts or issues commanders or supervisors may not otherwise be prepared to deal with following a suicide in their unit.
